- Does the free plan require a credit card?
- No. Sign up with Google or email — no payment details needed.
- What counts as a 'word' in the word limit?
- We count words in the text you paste into the humanizer, using standard whitespace splitting. Spaces, line breaks, and punctuation are not counted.
- When does my monthly word budget reset?
- It resets on the 1st of every calendar month (UTC). There's no rollover — unused words don't carry forward.
- What is 'priority processing'?
- Pro users are always routed to Gemini 2.5 Flash, our highest-quality model. Free users may fall back to Llama 3.3 70B via Groq when Gemini is at capacity — which is still very capable, just occasionally different in tone.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from your account page and you keep access until the end of the billing period. No questions asked.
- Is my text stored or used to train models?
- No. The AI detector runs entirely in your browser — your text never leaves your device for detection. The humanizer text is sent to Gemini or Groq via their APIs and is not used for training under their current terms.
